VISION AND VALUES

I understood the importance of a dynamic player centered environment that empowers the player to be confident, competent, adaptable and successful. The optimal performance can be further ensured when there is transparent and open dialog,  benefiting for the individual and the team.

This will beget personal reflection and motivation especially among the younger emerging talents that in turn will result into heightened individual and team development. 

My approach focuses on maximizing the potential of each player and member technical staff, promoting teamwork and

discipline to obtain collective performance for the benefit of the entity.

Therefore, optimal performance that results in on-the-pitch success is underpinned with a methodical, holistic and inclusive process in which the psychology is the nexus of all the associated elements.

Together with club management, we will be able establish a healthy team culture in which all can easily identify with, take pride, and have the tools and mental fortitude to overcome the challenges that we shall face together. By working in unison with a common vision, we can take the club forward in pursuit of glories and earn success.

During ten years, as Head coach in F.C Barcelona's youth football, where many of the players I trained now play at the elite level. Players like Takefusa Kubo (Real Sociedad), Xavi Simons (RB Leipzig), Iker Bravo (Unidense Calcio), Eric Garcia, Gavi, Alejandro Balde, Hector Fort (F.C Barcelona), Marc Guiu (Chelsea), Arnau Martínez (Girona, F.C), Iker Almena (Al Qadisiya), Marc Roca (Real Betis), Manuel Sanchez De la Peña (Osasuna) etc...

Subsequently, two years during which I gave lectures on the Methodology and Game Model of F.C Barcelona, ​​which I combined with advising the Methodology Department and scouting the first team of Bayer Leverkusen.



The next step was Albirex Niigata as Head Assistant Coach, together with Albert Puig, we implemented a new style and Game Model, remaining as a legacy, with which they subsequently achieved promotion (J1 - JLeague).

In Argentina (AFA), two extraordinary years (2021-2022) where I was Head Assistant Coach, of the U-20 National Team together with Javier Mascherano training players such as Alejandro Garnacho (Manchester United), Colo Barco (Sevilla, F.C),  Nico Paz (Como 1907), Agustin Giay (SE Palmeiras), Luca Romero (Deportivo Alavés), Matías Soulé (AS Roma), Valentín Carboni (Olympique Marsella), Franco Carboni (Venezia), Facundo Buonanotte (Leicester City), Brian Aguirre (Boca Juniors), etc... and Head of the Methodology Department, the Argentine national team achieved Copa América 2021 and World Cup in Qatar 2022.

In 2023 I was at Girona F.C., as technical assistant and Head of the International Scouting Department (City Group), with the growth of the club both at a sport and institutional level. achieving the club's best qualifying position in its history and qualifying for the UCL.




I currently work as a Technical Assistant and Analyst at Getafe alongside Gabi Fernández (Former Player at Atletico de Madrid).
